The Backyardigans: Join the Adventurers Club

Stories on this new Backyardigans DVD
I don't understand why the stories are never detailed on the product description... here they are:

FOLLOW THE FEATHER: Join Tyrone and the Adventurer's Club on a feather-following expedition to find the one and only Flying Polka-Dotted Pony, all set to the sounds of Psychedelic Rock !

DRAGON EXPRESS: Sway to a Strauss waltz as the Dragon Express makes its mail deliveries in Norway. Will Dragon rider Austin learn to be a fancy flier like Pablo and his dragon Maverick ?

THE FUNNYMEN BOOGEYMAN: Boo-ya! Pablo and Uniqua are the Boo Crew, and they're on the hunt for spooky creatures. But Boogeyman Austin isn't spooky - he's hilarious!

FLOWER POWER: When Uniqua pokes her finger on a thorn, she becomes Garden City's newest superhero, Flower Girl, dedicated to keeping things rosy and defeating Gloom Meister (Austin)

Well, the me and my daughter only the Dragon Express is really a nice story on this new release. We prefer the Robot...

Love the Stories, but what happened to Tyrone's voice in the first episode?
My sons - 3.5 and 23 months - love this new DVD. My older one's new favorite episode is Flower Power and my younger boy's new favorite is Funnyman Boogeyman, which he repeats with glee. My spouse and I also love all four of these episodes as we do the many others in our DVD collection. Backyardigans has so much to offer with catchy songs in different genres each episode, dancing that keeps all of us moving, and clever stories. The only thing that doesn't work for this video is that Tyrone's voice in Follow the Feather is off. Either the actor who portrays him was ill in a way that significantly affected his voice, or the producers substituted another actor who tried unsuccessfully to duplicate Tyrone's voice. I hope the original actor has not left the series for some reason. His voice is wonderful and clearly too hard to duplicate.

Flower Power Hup! Flower Power Hoopa!
Flower Power is pretty impressive as regards a 30 minute story: characters introduced, super powers obtained, quick training session, powers used for good, enter supervillian, villian thwarted, superhero captured, escape, showdown, and obligatory end-of-story conversion to good (with costume change) by supervillian. Also, I must say, Austin's greek dance moves as the Gloommeister are something to behold.
